IT AND E (Pty) Ltd is a South African private company providing pit-to-port solutions in bulk commodities. The business trades chrome, coal, manganese and magnetite, and moves them — rail freight, siding management and material holding, from the mine through to the vessel.
The company operates chrome wash and concentration plant, runs siding and stockpile capacity on the export corridors, and holds heavy plant and haulage capacity. That is what allows it to work a parcel end to end rather than passing it along a chain of intermediaries, each taking a margin and none carrying the risk.
The registered name reflects the company's original activity in information technology and exploration. The group continues to hold plant hire, logistics and technology interests alongside the commodities business — one legal entity across all of it, with the same balance sheet standing behind every transaction.

VAT registration certificate, SARS tax clearance / compliance status pin, and customs client registration for export.
Banking
Bank confirmation letter on bank letterhead, naming the account in the registered company name. No third-party or personal accounts are used.
Ownership and control
Director identification, proof of residential address, beneficial ownership declaration, and confirmation of signing authority.
Sanctions and screening
The company and its directors are available for screening against any sanctions, PEP and adverse-media list a counterparty's bank applies.
Reciprocity
We ask a counterparty for the equivalent file. An enquiry that will not produce one does not progress to offer.
IT AND E (Pty) Ltd banks in its registered company name only. We never request payment to a personal account, to an account in a different name, or to a jurisdiction unrelated to the transaction. Any such request — however convincingly presented, and whoever it appears to come from — is not from us. Banking details are issued once, on the commercial invoice, from an @itande.net address, and are never amended mid-transaction. Treat any notice of changed banking details as fraudulent and confirm directly with us before releasing funds.
